How can I place an order?
You can easily order through our webshop. Select the desired products, add them to your cart and follow the checkout process. For larger orders or custom work, you can also contact us for a tailored quote.
Why are prices shown excluding VAT?
Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. As a B2B webshop, we display prices excluding VAT. For business customers within the EU, the reverse charge mechanism applies: with a valid VAT number you do not pay VAT and declare this yourself in your country. We only sell to business customers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, bank transfer, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and payment on invoice for business customers. For invoice payments, we apply a payment term of 14 days.
What are the delivery times?
We strive for a delivery time of 3-7 working days for most products. However, depending on availability or larger orders, the delivery time can be up to 3 weeks. With your order you will always receive an indication of the expected delivery date.
Which carrier handles the delivery?
Most of our shipments are handled by DHL. For larger orders (pallets), we may use a different carrier.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Contact us for a return label. Custom products are excluded from returns.
Can you deliver custom work?
Yes, we can customize many of our products. Think of specific colors, dimensions or logos. Contact us to discuss the possibilities for your project.
